Nonprofit work moves fast, and the skills it needs keep changing. HSF Workshops give leaders, managers, and emerging staff practical training they can use on Monday morning. Topics run from management fundamentals to specialized certifications, and every session is taught by people who know the human service sector.

Ways to learn
  • Trainings: Focused sessions on the topics nonprofit teams ask for most. Take a single session or build your own path
  • Supervisory Certificate Series: An eight-part program that gives new and developing supervisors the skills to lead teams with confidence. It is offered through the Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund.

Through the MA Workforce Training Fund Express Grant program, smaller agencies can get funding for trainings that might otherwise be out of reach. That gives your staff the chance to grow, and it gives your organization stronger leaders.
