Our bi-monthly general meetings bring together non-profit organizations, faith-based groups, local agency representatives, and community leaders to collaborate, share updates, and strengthen our collective disaster readiness across Sonoma County.

Note on Time: The 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM slot is an estimated time standard for regional community coalition meetings. Please check your calendar invitation or Director announcements prior to each session to confirm final start times and access links.

• Leadership & Executive Updates: Insights into ongoing countywide mitigation and response strategies.
• Member Agency Spotlight: Updates on resources, programs, and capacity from active partner agencies.
• Working Group & Committee Reports: Progress reports on training, logistics, and community outreach.
• Network & Collaboration: Open floor for identifying service gaps, sharing best practices, and building partnerships.

How to Attend

• Virtual Participation: Access links (Zoom / Google Meet) and dial-in details will be emailed to all active members prior to the meeting.
• In-Person Meetings: When an in-person meeting is designated by the Director, venue details and arrival instructions will be distributed in advance.
